Duration of training for Management Trainees will be for a period of 01(One) year. On satisfactory completion of training, the trainee(s) will be absorbed as regular employee in the scale of pay of Rs.8600-250- 14,600/- subject to vacancies. The selected candidates will have to execute a bond to serve the company for a period of 04(four) years.
